How to Brew
For the best flavor, grind your beans just before brewing. Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. Avoid using boiling water — aim for a temperature between 91-96°C. Store your beans in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct light. Do not freeze or refrigerate the beans.
